Upload Terms
These Request & Upload Terms ("Terms") apply when you submit a Request a Creation form or upload reference material to CrixynCo. By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.
1. A request is free and nonbinding
Submitting an idea or uploading reference images is free. The request form does not charge you, collect payment information, place an order, or require you to purchase anything.
A submission is an invitation for CrixynCo to review your idea. It is not an acceptance, commission contract, promise to create work, price agreement, or guarantee of availability. CrixynCo may accept, decline, or request more information.
If we are interested in proceeding, project scope, price, payment, timing, revisions, delivery, ownership, and permitted uses will be addressed separately before paid work begins.
During a clearly identified limited launch period, CrixynCo may accept a limited number of requests with no creative fee. This does not guarantee that a request will be accepted. Physical products, printing, shipping, specialty materials, or third-party services may involve separate costs. Any such costs will be discussed with you before you agree to proceed.
2. Your submission
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit. You confirm that you are at least 18; own the material, have permission, or are otherwise legally permitted to submit it; do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; have appropriate permission from identifiable people depicted in private photographs when legally required; do not submit malicious or intentionally deceptive files; and comply with applicable law.
3. Prohibited material
Do not submit child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; material intended to facilitate violence, exploitation, fraud, harassment, stalking, or unlawful conduct; unlawful invasions of privacy; malware or disguised executable files; unnecessary government IDs, payment information, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive data; or material you do not have a lawful right to provide.
CrixynCo may reject a request, stop communications, preserve evidence, or report material when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or address suspected unlawful conduct.
4. Limited permission to use submissions
You retain whatever ownership rights you have in your submitted text and reference images. You grant CrixynCo a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to receive, securely store, review, reproduce internally, and use the material only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond, communicate with you, prepare a quote or creative direction, and perform a project if we later enter a separate agreement.
This permission does not allow CrixynCo to sell your reference images or publish them in a portfolio or advertising without separate permission.
5. CrixynCo gallery and website content
Unless otherwise identified, the artwork, photographs, illustrations, gallery images, text, branding, logo, and other content displayed on this website are owned by CrixynCo or used with authorization. They are provided for viewing and creative inspiration.
You may not copy, download for reuse, reproduce, republish, sell, license, remove ownership marks from, use commercially, or use this content to train or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written permission from CrixynCo. Viewing or submitting a request does not transfer any rights in CrixynCo content.
6. Reference uploads
The upload feature accepts up to eight JPG, PNG, or WebP images, with a maximum of 5 MB per image and 20 MB total. CrixynCo may reject files that fail validation or appear unsafe.
Reference images help us understand a request; they are not automatically incorporated into final work. Uploading a reference does not guarantee that CrixynCo can reproduce a person, character, brand, artwork, photograph, or protected style. Files are scheduled for deletion from private upload storage after 30 days.
7. Creative discretion and no guarantee
CrixynCo does not guarantee acceptance, feasibility, price, timing, or a particular result because a request was submitted. Specific deliverables or commitments must be included in a later written agreement.
8. Intellectual property in future work
These Terms do not transfer ownership of completed artwork or grant personal, commercial, reproduction, resale, trademark, or exclusivity rights. Those rights, if any, will be defined in the separate agreement for an accepted project.
9. Copyright and rights concerns
If you believe material submitted or displayed through the service violates your copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights, email backupcrixyn@gmail.com with enough information to identify the material, explain the concern, and allow us to contact you.
10. Availability and security
The website and request service are provided on an "as available" basis. CrixynCo may correct, suspend, or change the service when reasonably necessary. Reasonable safeguards are used, but uninterrupted availability and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrixynCo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the free request form. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A dispute relating solely to these Terms or the free request service will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes and severability
CrixynCo may update these Terms as the service changes. The version posted when you submit will apply unless we later agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
