Privacy Policy
CrixynCo ("CrixynCo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the CrixynCo Request a Creation website, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
1. Who may use this service
The Request a Creation service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it.
2. Information we collect
We collect only information needed to review and respond to a creation request:
- your name and email address;
- the description of what you would like created;
- optional style, mood, preference, and intended-use information;
- optional reference images you choose to upload;
- basic request-security and technical information needed to prevent spam and operate the website, such as IP address, browser information, and security-verification results; and
- the request reference number and submission date.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, government identification, medical records, financial records, precise location information, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your creative request.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to review and understand your idea; contact you about possibilities, questions, timing, and pricing; evaluate whether CrixynCo can accept the request; create the requested work if we later reach a separate agreement; protect the website from abuse; maintain basic business records; and comply with applicable law or protect legal rights.
Submitting a request or uploading a reference image is free. The form does not collect payment information, charge you, or commit you to a purchase or commission agreement.
4. Reference images
Reference images are stored privately and are not displayed publicly through the Request a Creation website. Access links provided to CrixynCo are signed and time-limited.
Uploaded reference-image files are scheduled for automatic deletion from private upload storage after 30 days. A request email may continue to contain the image filename, file type, request reference number, and an expired link after the image itself has been deleted. If a project proceeds, we may separately agree that certain materials need to be retained for the project.
Do not upload an image unless you own it, have permission to provide it, or are otherwise legally permitted to use it for this purpose.
5. Service providers
- Cloudflare provides website hosting, private reference-image storage, network security, and Turnstile bot protection. Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals needed to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access form entries or other page-input content.
- Resend processes and delivers request-notification emails.
- Google Gmail may receive and store request communications sent to CrixynCo's designated inbox.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where these providers operate.
6. Information sharing
We do not sell personal information or use request information for third-party behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to the service providers described above; when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a future business transfer, subject to applicable law.
7. Retention
Reference-image files are scheduled for deletion from private upload storage after 30 days. Other request information and correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. We periodically review retained information and delete it when it is no longer reasonably needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information, including encrypted connections, server-side validation, private image storage, time-limited signed links, bot protection, and server-side secrets. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident affects information for which notification is legally required, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request by emailing backupcrixyn@gmail.com. Include your request reference number when available. We may need to verify your identity, and may retain information when reasonably necessary or legally required. Optional preferences and reference images are not required.
10. Cookies and security technology
CrixynCo does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing analytics on this website. Cloudflare may use necessary cookies or similar technology to provide security, prevent abuse, and operate Turnstile. Blocking required security technology may prevent the request form from working.
11. External links
The website may link to services or websites CrixynCo does not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
